Rob and Bill,
"Wow" about sums it up. As B&B first-timers, we hit the jackpot and couldn't have asked for more. We loved our room (Jade) with the balcony, even in the dead of winter. Just a small note to say a huge thank you to Rob and Bill, you made our time in Niagara so enjoyable, the house is gorgeous and the Jade room, especially the balcony, was ideal for a relaxing end to our hectic holiday. The two of you are the most graceous of hosts and you both made us feel so welcome in your home that I actually forgot we were in a BnB. The breakfasts were fantastic, its the first time I can say I have had something different to eat every morning. Thank you for all the helps and hints on where to go and good places to eat. I hope some day we can return to Greystone Manor and I know I will definately be recommending your lovely home to anyone coming to Niagara. |

Just wanted to let you and all future visitors know what a wonderful visit we had at Greystone Manor. The room was delightful (the Opal) get up early and check out the sunrise about 7:00 am. The breakfast was superb, the company as well as the host (Rob) were extremely gracious. I've already told many friends about this little Gem nestled along the Niagara River in lovely Niagara Falls, CA. 4 Stars! |

Gentlemen: What a great time we had staying at your home last weekend. From the outstanding curb appeal, beautiful furnishings, authentic restoration with pleasing updates and amenities, to the warm hospitality and the delicious breakfasts, our experience could not have been better. The Greystone Manor is by far the standard to which other B & B's should be compared to. We'll be back! |

Our stay at Greystone Manor was our first time at a Bed and Breakfast. It was amazing. The room was perfect (Jade Room) and the location of the B&B was great. Just a short scenic walk to the falls. The hospitality was equally impressive. Rob and Bill, the breakfast you provided was awesome. It used to be that I would travel to the falls, not looking forward to the time at the hotel.
Since staying at the Greystone, all that has changed. My future visits to Niagara, will certainly include the Greystone Manor.
