I know it's taken me a little while to write this but THANK YOU so much for the hospitality you showed us when we stayed with you in June. We are so glad we chose your B&B to stay at and we will highly recommend you to everyone who we know who is going to Niagara Falls. I simply can't speak highly enough of you. Thank you also for posting our package of our excess baggage, it arrived safe and sound. You went above and beyond what I could ever expect from any hosts and we are so very appreciative.

Thanks again Rob and Bill! We had such a great time in Canada. What a wonderful B & B you have and what a great location. We loved the spacious and beautifully decorated Jade suite. We looked forward to coming down for breakfast every morning and speaking with other guests about their adventures in the Niagara area. Rob, thanks for the great advice and insight you gave for the Niagara area. Thanks Rob and Bill for making us feel at home! We hope to visit again soon!!

Perfect place to stay - we were only going to stay 1 or 2 nights in June 2010, but ended up extending our stay within 10 minutes of meeting Rob & Bill! You will not find 2 friendlier, more welcoming & gracious hosts who make you feel like a part of the family!

The house is beautiful, rooms are super comfortable and gorgeously decorated, the breakfast is beyond compare (Bill cooks a mean Eggs Benedict, and everything else was fantastic as well!) and the location is perfect - far enough away from the main tourist area around The Falls that you don't feel like you're in a mini-Vegas, but still only 15 minutes walk away.

Our stay at Greystone was a highlight of our trip and we would recommend it to anyone, any time at all!

Thanks so much Rob & Bill - I hope we continue to stay in touch for many years to come!

Fellow traveler,

If you have not been to a Bed and Breakfast before, no need to surf the net looking for a place to stay. You will not find one as good as the Greystone Manor. If you have stayed in B&B's before, then the Greystone Manor will become the standard you measure others against. But who am I kidding, after staying at the Greystone, why would you go elsewhere?

As a frequenter of the Greystone, I am always impressed (understatement, how about blown away) by their hospitality. When it comes to customer service, Rob and Bill wrote the book. They love what they do and it shows. Nothing was left unattended during our stay. As local residents, they also provide valuable insider tips on sightseeing options and places to dine.

The histor home has been carefully restored to its original grandeur. Rooms are specious and clean. Lawn and gardens are pristine and best of all, you're within 15 minutes walking distance of the falls.

We always look forward to our stay at the Greystone Manor. Especially the breakfast. Rob and Bill, your culinary skills never cease to amaze. The Greystone is quickly becoming the reason we travel to Niagara.

Rob and Bill,
"Wow" about sums it up. As B&B first-timers, we hit the jackpot and couldn't have asked for more. We loved our room (Jade) with the balcony, even in the dead of winter. Breakfast was amazing, and the coffee superb, which, by the way, was the lovely aroma that beckoned us downstairs after a late night :) Thanks so much, D and DubYa

Just a small note to say a huge thank you to Rob and Bill, you made our time in Niagara so enjoyable, the house is gorgeous and the Jade room, especially the balcony, was ideal for relaxing end to our hectic holiday. The two of you are the most gracious of hosts and you both made us feel so welcome in your home that I actually forget we were in a B&B. The breakfasts were fantastic, it's the first time I can say I have had something different to eat every morning. Thank you for all the helps and hints on where to go and good places to eat. I hope some day we can return to Greystone Manor and I know I will definitely be recommending your lovely home to anyone coming to Niagara.

Just wanted to let you and all future visitors know what a wonderful visit we had at Greystone Manor. The room was delightful (the Opal) get up early and check out the sunrise about 7:00 am. the breakfast was superb, the company as well as the host (Rob) were extremely gracious. I've already told many friends about this little Gem nestled along the Niagara River in lovely Niagara Falls, CA. 4 Stars!

Gentlemen: What a great time we had staying at your home last weekend. From the outstanding curb appeal, beautiful furnishings, authentic restoration with pleasing updates and amenities, to the warm hospitality and the delicious breakfasts, our experience could not have been better. The Greystone Manor is by far the standard to which other B&B's should be compared to. We'll be back!
